Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please note If you wish to return a product for reasons other than those stated above, you may do so at your own expense. This means that you will be responsible for paying the forward and reverse shipping charges for the return of the product.

Please note that we can only accept returns or replacements if the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

How to Return?

If you need to return a product to us, first, please contact us at [email protected]. Please pack the product properly and ship it through your nearest courier company. Return shipping address is E-94, Sector-2, Bawana DSIIDC, Delhi-110039. We recommend using Indiapost as they are a reliable shipping company. Please note that if the product is damaged during the return shipment, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that we will only issue a refund or replacement if the product meets our return policy criteria. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment.

When i will receive refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or may ask your bank details to deposit the refund amount. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
